small room abysmal water pressure
the location worked for me. it was close to a few places i needed to be.
Honestly, the room was quite a letdown. it was surprisingly small. plus, the bathroom showerhead seemed like it had seen better days. The water pressure was abysmal. the shower experience was not great at all.

An lovely experience..

warm doorman unlimited gratitude
Douglas, the doorman, greeted us each time with such warmth. He. Bella at check-in were really good too find me a room after my flight. I am endlessly grateful for her kindness and quick action, I was finally able to get some rest.
The breakfast queue on the first morning was unexpectedly long. It was nearly an hour wait. I hope they can find a better solution to manage the crowds.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities. It helped me start my mornings well. The bathroom was very clean, also the water in the shower was hot. The provided amenities were of high quality.

The hotel's location is convenient. Many attractions are within walking distance. The theater district is just around the corner, it is perfect for show lovers. The accessibility to public transport is also excellent.

The staff provided a glass of Prosecco upon arrival. It was a lovely welcome. The door staff were quick to hail taxis and offered a friendly wave upon departure. The service was AMAZING!!!

makeup desk on-site pub helpful doormen
my beautiful queen room included a makeup desk with a mirror. godfreys pub was on site (it had a nice atmosphere). the doormen assisted with bags and taxis.
the breakfast team seemed a bit robotic.

acceptable, but several issues

small room empty minibar
the location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed to find very small rooms. The bathrooms felt inadequate, especially for older guests. additionally, the minibar was empty, which i found surprising for this type of hotel. this was a real oversight.
